🐌Why does my Wall of Fame page only show a loading spinner?
Your Wall of Fame page or collection page link only shows a loading animation. It's almost always unpublished or the address is wrong.
When a Wall of Fame page isn't available, visitors don't see an error message. They see a loading animation that never finishes. The same happens with collection pages. Here's what to check.
1. Is the page published?
Open your wall and click Wall of Fame Page in the left menu.
Look at the status next to the title. It should say Published.
If it says Not yet published, click Publish Wall Of Fame.

Unpublish Wall Of Fame works instantly, without a confirmation, so it may have been clicked by accident. Pages can also be unpublished when a paid plan ends or you move to a smaller plan. See How many Wall of Fame pages can I publish on my plan?
For a collection page, check the status in the Collection Page tab. It should say Active, not Saved as Draft.
2. Is the address right?
The page lives at https://wall.famewall.io/ followed by your wall URL. Check your wall URL in Wall Settings. If it was changed, links with the old URL no longer work. Copy the current link from View Wall of Fame Page or the Share window.
3. Using a custom domain?
If the page loads on wall.famewall.io but not on your own domain, the domain isn't connected yet. See How to put your Wall of Fame page on your own domain.
