🤔Why does my Wall of Fame page look like my widget (or not like my settings)?

Your live Wall of Fame page uses your widget's card style, hides your logo or shows an empty section at the bottom. Save the Wall of Fame tab once to fix it.

The Wall of Fame page and the testimonial widget have separate settings. But until you've saved the Wall of Fame tab at least once, the live page borrows some settings from your widget. That can cause a few surprises:

  • The testimonial cards use your widget's card design, colours and dark mode instead of the ones you picked for the page.

  • Your logo doesn't show, even though Show Wall Logo on Wall of Fame Page is on.

  • The bottom call-to-action section is empty.

Fix it

  1. Open your wall and click Wall of Fame Page in the left menu.

  2. Check your settings in the preview.

  3. Click Save Wall of Fame Changes.

  4. Refresh your live Wall of Fame page.

The Save Wall of Fame Changes button at the bottom of the Wall of Fame settings
Saving once makes the page use its own settings from then on

From then on, the page uses its own settings, and changing your widget no longer affects it.

Good to know

  • The Wall of Fame page updates as soon as you save. There's no delay like there is for embedded widgets.

  • Some Wall of Fame settings, such as the wall name, logo, menu links and font, don't make the save button glow. Click save after changing them anyway.
