# How to let visitors filter your Wall of Fame page by category

Add category buttons, like "Coaching" or "Courses", above the testimonials on your Wall of Fame page so visitors can filter by topic.

If you tag your testimonials with categories, your Wall of Fame page can show a row of buttons above the testimonials: **All**, followed by each category. Visitors click a category to see only those testimonials.

## Before you start: tag your testimonials

Category buttons only appear for categories used on this wall. Tag your testimonials first: open your wall, and in **My Testimonials** click **Categorize** on a testimonial. See [Tag Categories on Testimonials](/tag-categories-on-testimonials-and-display-them-on-widgets.md).

## Steps

1. Open your wall and click **Wall of Fame Page** in the left menu.
2. Open the **Wall Display Settings** panel.
3. Turn on **Display Categories on Wall of Fame**.
4. Optionally change the button colours: **Categories Text Color**, **Categories Background Color**, **Active Category Text Color** and **Active Category Background Color**.
5. Click **Save Wall of Fame Changes**.

## Good to know

* Your Wall of Fame page and your widget have separate category switches. Turning it on here doesn't add categories to your widget.
* The switch is available on every plan. Changing the button colours needs a paid plan.
* Pages always open on **All**.
* With automatic translation on, category names are translated for visitors.
