# How to show only 5-star or hand-picked testimonials in a widget

A widget shows every testimonial on its wall. To show only your 5-star reviews, or a hand-picked set, archive the others or build a separate wall for that widget.

A testimonial widget shows all the testimonials on its wall, in the same order as **My Testimonials**. There's no filter for star rating, source or date. Here are three ways to control exactly what appears.

## Option 1: Archive the testimonials you don't want to show

Archiving hides a testimonial from your widget and Wall of Fame page without deleting it.

1. Open your wall. **My Testimonials** opens by default.
2. Click **Archive** on each testimonial you want to hide.

You can bring them back any time from **Archived Testimonials**. See [Archiving & Unarchiving a Testimonial](/archiving-and-unarchiving-a-testimonial-for-later-use.md).

## Option 2: Make a separate wall for a hand-picked widget

This works well when you want different testimonials on different pages of your website, for example only 5-star reviews on your pricing page.

1. Create a new wall, for example "Pricing page testimonials".
2. Open **Testimonial Organizer** in the sidebar, select the testimonials you want and copy them to the new wall. See [Copying testimonials from one wall to another](/copying-testimonials-from-one-wall-to-another.md).
3. Publish the new wall's widget and embed it on that page.

Each published widget counts toward your plan's limit. See [How many widgets can I publish on my plan?](/publishing-sharing-and-branding/plan-publish-limits.md)

## Option 3: Put your best testimonials first

If you only want the best ones to be seen first, move them to the top of your wall. Your widget follows the same order. See [How to move testimonials to the top of your wall](/managing-testimonials/move-testimonials-to-the-top.md). On paid plans you can also show only the first few testimonials with a **Load More** button. See [How to show testimonials in batches with a Load More button](/testimonial-widget-settings/load-more-button.md).

## Good to know

* When you import reviews from Google or other sites, you choose which ones to add. Tick only the reviews you want on your wall.
* Categories let visitors filter your widget by topic, but the widget always opens on **All**. There's no way to embed a widget that shows only one category.
