🧐Why are some testimonials missing from my widget?
Some of your testimonials don't appear in your widget or on your Wall of Fame page. The usual reasons, from archived testimonials to plan limits.
Your widget shows the testimonials on its wall, in the order you see in My Testimonials. If one is missing, check these reasons.
It's still waiting for approval
It's in Collected Testimonials, not in My Testimonials
Click Add to Wall on it, or turn on auto-approval
It's archived
It's in Archived Testimonials
Click Unarchive & add to wall
It's over your plan's limit
The card shows Hidden - 10/10 limit reached (Upgrade your plan), or a video is locked
Upgrade your plan. Free walls show 10 testimonials, and Free and Standard include 1 and 6 videos
It's on a different wall
Each widget only shows its own wall's testimonials
Copy it to this wall with the Testimonial Organizer
It's an image testimonial and you use the Award Style or Quote Text design
Those two designs only show text
Pick another card design
Your carousel shows only the first batch
Pagination is on in Widget Settings
Raise the number or turn pagination off. See Load More
A visitor picked a category
Category buttons are shown above the widget
Click All
You just made the change
The widget is cached for a few minutes
Wait about 5 minutes and refresh
