# Viewing Collected Submissions

Use Viewing Collected Submissions to review testimonials people submitted through your collection page before you display them publicly.

Collected submissions are different from testimonials already shown on a wall. They are the testimonials waiting for you to review, approve, edit, or move into the right wall.

## When to use this

Use this page when you want to:

* Review new testimonials submitted through a collection page.
* Check text or video submissions before publishing them.
* Approve a submitted testimonial and add it to a wall.
* Edit a submission before using it publicly.

## Before you start

Make sure you have:

* A testimonial wall.
* A collection page connected to that wall.
* At least one submitted testimonial, or a collection page link you can share.

## View collected submissions

1. Open the Famewall dashboard.
2. Choose the wall connected to your collection page.
3. Open the **Collected Testimonials** tab.
4. Review the submissions listed there.
5. Open a submission to inspect the details.

## Approve a collected testimonial

1. Open the collected submission.
2. Review the testimonial content.
3. Edit any details if needed.
4. Add or approve the testimonial for the wall.

Once approved, the testimonial can be shown in your wall, widgets, and other display options depending on your settings.

## Common issues

### I do not see any submissions

Make sure your collection page is published and that you shared the correct collection page link with customers.

### A customer submitted the wrong details

Edit the testimonial before approving it. You can also ask the customer to submit again if the video, image, or text needs to be replaced.
