Which testimonials can be used

  • Videos recorded on your collection page or uploaded to Famewall. The video plays in the middle, with the customer's name and job title above it.

  • Written and screenshot testimonials. The testimonial card is shown over your background.

YouTube, TikTok and Loom videos, and audio testimonials, can't be used.

The video you download

  • An MP4 file, 1200 × 1080 pixels.

  • For a video testimonial, it's as long as the original video. For a written testimonial, it's 10 seconds.

Good to know

  • Your settings aren't saved. Download the video before leaving the page; if you come back later, you'll need to set it up again.

  • Enable dark text makes the name and title white on video testimonials, for use on dark backgrounds. Turn it off for dark text on light backgrounds.

  • Long written testimonials are cut at 300 characters, with a "Read More" label at the end, while Shorten Long Text Content is on. Turn it off to show the full text.

  • Removing the "Made with Famewall" badge from the video needs a paid plan.

  • Uploading your own background image needs a paid plan. The 18 ready-made backgrounds are free.
