# Customer Pulse: what it analyses and how many analyses you can run

Which testimonials Customer Pulse analyses, how many testimonials it needs, how many analyses you get on each plan, and why results aren't saved.

Customer Pulse uses AI to find patterns in your testimonials: what customers like most, your key strengths, the problems you solve and more. Here's what goes into it and what to expect.

## Run an analysis

1. Open your wall and click **Customer Pulse Insights** in the left menu.
2. Under **Choose an Analysis Type**, click one of the six options, for example **What customers like the most**.
3. Wait while the report is written. It appears on the right.

## What's analysed

* The text of your written testimonials on this wall.
* **Video and audio testimonials aren't included.**
* Only the testimonial text is used, not names, ratings or dates.

You need at least **3 written testimonials** with **50 words or more** in total. Otherwise you'll see a message that there aren't enough testimonials.

## How many analyses you can run

* **Free plan:** 3 analyses in total. They don't reset each month. A banner shows how many you've used.
* **Paid plans:** unlimited.

## Good to know

* Reports aren't saved. Copy anything you want to keep before you leave the page.
* Running the same analysis again writes a new report. On the Free plan, it uses up another of your 3 analyses.
