🏷️How to tag many testimonials with a category at once

Add a category to many testimonials in one go, or replace their categories, instead of tagging each testimonial separately.

Tagging testimonials one by one takes a while when you have dozens of them. With bulk tagging, you select the testimonials once and apply categories to all of them.

Steps

1. Open your wall. My Testimonials opens by default.

2. Click Organize Testimonials and choose Select multiple testimonials.

3. Click the testimonials you want to tag, or click Select all in the bar at the bottom.

4. Click Tag category in the bottom bar.

5. Pick one or more categories, or type a new name to create one.

6. Choose how to apply them:

   • Add to existing categories keeps the categories the testimonials already have.

   • Replace existing categories removes their current categories first.

7. Click Apply to followed by the number of testimonials, for example Apply to 12 testimonials.

Good to know

• You can also tag testimonials from several walls at once in the Testimonial Organizer, up to 20 at a time.

• If a category button doesn't show up on your widget even though testimonials are tagged, apply the category again with Add to existing categories. That refreshes the wall's list of categories.

• To tag a single testimonial, click Categorize under it.
