🔎How to search and filter the testimonials on your wall
Find testimonials on a wall by name, job title, text or category, and why drag and drop stops working while a search is active.
When a wall has lots of testimonials, search and the category filter help you find the ones you need.
Search
Open your wall. My Testimonials opens by default.
Type in the search box above your testimonials. It matches the customer's name, their job title and the testimonial text.
Press Enter or click Search.
Filter by category
Click the Category dropdown next to the search box and pick a category. Choose All categories to see everything again. The dropdown only appears once you've created at least one category.
Clear the search
Empty the search box and click Search again to see all your testimonials.
Why can't I drag testimonials or use "Move to top"?
Reordering is switched off while a search or category filter is active, because only part of your wall is on screen. Clear the search and the filter, and drag and drop, Move to top and Select multiple testimonials come back.
Good to know
Searching and filtering only change what you see in the dashboard. Your widget and Wall of Fame page are not affected.
To search across all your walls at once, use the Testimonial Organizer in the sidebar.
