🔃How to pull in new reviews since your last import (Re-sync)
Pull in reviews you've received since your last import from Google, Trustpilot, G2 and other sites, without adding duplicates. Re-sync is a manual button on paid plans.
When you import reviews from Google, Trustpilot, G2 and similar sites, Famewall remembers where they came from. Later, you can re-sync that source to find reviews that aren't on your wall yet, and add the ones you want.
Steps
Open your wall and click Import Testimonials in the left menu.
Open the Saved sources tab. Each source shows when it was last synced.
Click Re-sync next to the source, then Yes, fetch new reviews.
Wait while Famewall fetches the latest reviews. It can take a minute.
Tick the reviews you want and click Add to wall.

Reviews that are already on your wall, including archived ones, are left out of the list, so you won't add duplicates.
Good to know
Re-sync only runs when you click it. Famewall doesn't check for new reviews automatically.
It looks at the same set of reviews as your first import, for example the most relevant Google reviews, rather than filtering by date.
A review you deleted from your wall shows up again as new, because it's no longer on the wall. Archive reviews you don't want instead of deleting them.
Importing the same page again with a normal import (not Re-sync) doesn't check for duplicates.
Removing a saved source with the trash icon only removes it from this list. Your testimonials stay on the wall.
