📦Can I move testimonials to another wall? (copying with the Testimonial Organizer)

Testimonials can't be moved between walls, but they can be copied with the Testimonial Organizer. How copying works, the 20-at-a-time limit, and how to finish a "move".

The Testimonial Organizer copies testimonials from one wall to another. The originals stay where they are, so a "move" is a copy followed by removing the original.

Copy testimonials to another wall

1. Click Testimonial Organizer in the sidebar of your dashboard.

2. Search, or use Filters, to find the testimonials you want.

3. Click Select & manage testimonials, then click each testimonial to select it.

4. Choose Copy to existing wall and pick the wall, or Copy to new wall to create a wall from your selection.

The copies are added to the top of the other wall.

Finish the move

Go back to the original wall and archive or delete the testimonials you copied. See What's the difference between deleting and archiving a testimonial?

Good to know

• You can copy up to 20 testimonials at a time. Your selection is kept while you search again, so you can gather testimonials from several searches before copying.

• Copies are independent. Editing the original doesn't change the copy, and the other way round.

• Copying a video testimonial doesn't count toward your plan's video limit.

• A wall created with Copy to new wall starts unpublished. Publish its widget or Wall of Fame page when you're ready.

• The Organizer's search looks at names, job titles and testimonial text. To find testimonials from one wall, use Filters and choose the wall.
