🗑️What's the difference between deleting and archiving a testimonial?
Deleting a testimonial removes it for good. Archiving hides it from your widget and Wall of Fame page but keeps it so you can bring it back. Here's when to use each.
Both take a testimonial off your wall, your widget and your Wall of Fame page. The difference is whether you can get it back.

When in doubt, archive. You can always delete later.
Archive a testimonial
In My Testimonials, hover over the testimonial and click Archive. For video and audio testimonials, Archive is always shown under the card.

To bring it back, open Archived Testimonials in the left menu and click Unarchive & add to wall. It returns at the top of your wall.
Delete a testimonial
In My Testimonials, hover over the testimonial and click Delete testimonial (or Delete under video and audio testimonials), then confirm with Yes, Delete testimonial.
Deleting a testimonial you approved from Collected Testimonials
Video and audio: the submission goes back to unapproved in Collected Testimonials, so you can click Add to Wall again later.
Written testimonials: the submission stays marked Added to Wall and can't be added again. If you might want it back, archive it instead of deleting it.
Good to know
There's no bulk delete or bulk archive. Each testimonial is archived or deleted on its own.
There's no delete button inside Archived Testimonials. To delete an archived testimonial for good, unarchive it first, then delete it from My Testimonials.
Archiving frees up space on plans with limits: an archived testimonial doesn't count toward the Free plan's 10 testimonials per wall, and an archived video doesn't count toward your video limit.
Deleting can't be undone. To get a deleted testimonial back, re-import it or ask the customer again.
