📺How to add a YouTube, Loom or TikTok video as a testimonial

Add a video testimonial that's hosted on YouTube, Loom or TikTok by pasting its link, and what you can and can't do with these videos.

If a customer has already posted a video review on YouTube, TikTok or Loom, you can add it to your wall with its link. The video plays inside your widget and Wall of Fame page.

Steps

  1. Open your wall and click Import Testimonials in the left menu.

  2. Choose YouTube, TikTok or Loom.

  3. For YouTube and TikTok, make sure Videos is selected (not Comments).

  4. Paste the video link and click the add button, for example Add Youtube Video.

Good to know

  • These videos don't count toward your plan's video limit, because they're hosted on their own platform.

  • They appear on your wall as Youtube Video, TikTok Video or Loom Video, without the customer's name or text.

  • Linked videos can't be trimmed, subtitled, downloaded or given a custom thumbnail. To do any of that, download the video and upload it with Video in Import Testimonials instead.

  • For TikTok, use the full video link that contains /video/. Short share links don't work.

  • To import the comments under a YouTube or TikTok video as text testimonials, choose Comments instead of Videos.
