# Customer Pulse Insights

Use Customer Pulse Insights to turn your collected testimonials into quick customer insight reports. Instead of reading every testimonial manually, you can ask Famewall to summarize patterns such as what customers like, which pain points you solved, and which words people keep using.

## When to use this

Use Customer Pulse Insights when you want to:

* Find what customers like most about your product or service.
* Identify your strongest selling points in your customers' own words.
* Understand which pain points your testimonials mention most often.
* Pull out repeated phrases you can reuse in landing page copy, emails, or ads.
* Get ideas for improving your product or offer.

## Before you start

You will get better results when the wall has several detailed testimonials. Very short testimonials can still be useful, but they give the analysis less context.

Make sure you have:

* A Famewall account.
* A testimonial wall with collected or approved testimonials.
* Enough testimonials for the analysis to spot real patterns.

## Run a Customer Pulse analysis

1. Open the Famewall dashboard.
2. Choose the testimonial wall you want to analyze.
3. In the wall sidebar, click **Customer Pulse Insights**.
4. Choose the analysis type you want to run.
5. Review the generated insight.

## Analysis types

You can use Customer Pulse to answer questions like:

* What do customers like the most?
* What are your key strengths?
* Which pain points did you help customers solve?
* Which keywords are mentioned most often?
* What actionable improvements can you make?
* How do customers describe your brand?

## Tips for better results

Use testimonials that include specific outcomes, objections, or details. A testimonial like "Great tool" is nice, but a testimonial explaining what changed for the customer gives Customer Pulse much more to work with.

## Common issues

### The insight feels too generic

Add more detailed testimonials to the wall and run the analysis again. The output depends on the quality and depth of the testimonials available.

### I cannot run another analysis

Some plans may have usage limits. If you have reached a limit, wait until you have more credits available or upgrade your plan.
