#### Cross-Platform Review Posting: Quick Guide (First-Time User)

1. Go to your testimonial collection page settings in Famewall.
2. Find Cross-Platform Review Posting and toggle it ON.
3. Add the platforms you want (for example: Google Business, Amazon, G2, Trustpilot, Capterra).
4. Paste each platform’s direct review URL (where customers can actually submit a review).
5. (Optional) Customize popup title, subtitle, and button text.
6. Save/publish your page.

#### What your customers see

1. Customer submits a text testimonial on your Famewall page according to the usual flow of sending a text testimonial.
2. A special popup appears with their review text.
3. They can click Copy review.
4. They click a platform button (like Google Business), which opens that review page.
5. They paste and submit there.
6. If they don’t want to cross-post, they can skip and continue.

#### Important to know

* This flow is designed for text testimonial submissions.
* Better links = better conversion. Use the exact review submission URL, not a generic homepage.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.famewall.io/cross-posting-reviews-on-other-platforms-from-collection-page.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
