Customers can record a video or audio testimonial right on your collection page. How long they can record for depends on your Famewall plan. You don't need to set anything up; the limit applies automatically.

When customers reach the limit, the recording stops on its own and they can preview it, record again or submit it. The same limit applies to audio testimonials.
Uploading an existing video instead of recording
Customers who already have a video, for example one they filmed on their phone, can upload it instead of recording in the browser. There are two ways:
The upload icon next to the video button on your collection page.
The Upload an existing video button inside the video recorder.
Uploaded videos can be up to 500 MB, and there's no length limit for uploads. Audio testimonials are record-only; customers can't upload an audio file.

If customers send more videos than your plan includes, the extra videos are still collected. They stay hidden until you upgrade, or until you delete older videos to free up space.
