🎛️How to turn off text, video or audio testimonials on your collection page

Collect only video testimonials, only written ones, or any mix. Each testimonial type on your collection page has its own on/off switch.

Your collection page shows one button for each type of testimonial you accept: text, video and audio. If you only want video testimonials, or only written ones, you can hide the buttons you don't need.

Steps

1. Open your wall and click Collection Page in the left menu.

2. Open the Testimonial Home Page & Configuration panel and scroll to Testimonial types.

3. Turn on the switch for each type you want to hide:

   • Disable Text testimonials hides the text button.

   • Disable Video Testimonials hides the video button and its upload icon.

   • Disable Audio Testimonials hides the audio button.

4. Click Save Edit Changes at the bottom of the panel.

The preview on the right updates as soon as you flip a switch, so you can check the result before you save.

With text disabled, customers only see the video and audio buttons

Common setups

Good to know

• These switches work the other way round from most settings. Turning a switch on hides that type.

• The AI Composer and the Cross-Platform Review prompt both start from the text button, so they disappear when you disable text testimonials.

• If you disable every type, the page shows only your logo, title and message, and nobody can submit anything. Keep at least one type switched on.

If your collection page was created a long time ago and the audio button doesn't show on the live page, even though Disable Audio Testimonials is off, click Save Edit Changes once. That updates older pages to the current settings.
