🎟️How to turn off the discount reward on your collection page (and why it shows SAVE20)
Stop offering a discount code on your collection page, and find out why a "SAVE20" reward can appear even if you never set one up.
The discount scratch card rewards customers with a code after they submit a testimonial. It's switched on for new collection pages. If you don't want to offer a reward, switch it off.
Turn the discount scratch card off
Open your wall and click Collection Page in the left menu.
Open the Testimonial Home Page & Configuration panel and scroll to Discount Scratch Card.
Turn off Enable Scratch Card Discount.
Click Save Edit Changes.

The reward banner disappears from your page, and customers no longer get a scratch card after submitting.
Why is my page offering "SAVE20"?
If your collection page has no discount codes yet, the Discount Scratch Card Popup panel shows an example code, SAVE20, with the text "You've Unlocked a 20% Discount!". Because the scratch card is switched on by default, saving the page with that example in place turns it into a real reward. Customers then see the reward banner and receive the code SAVE20.

To fix it, either switch off Enable Scratch Card Discount as shown above, or open Discount Scratch Card Popup and replace the example with a real code from your store. Then save.
Good to know
The reward only appears once at least one discount code is saved. A page with the scratch card switched on but no codes shows nothing.
You can choose which testimonial types unlock the reward. See How to show the discount reward only after certain testimonial types.
