🎫How to show the discount reward only after video, audio or text testimonials
Choose which testimonial types unlock the discount scratch card, for example only video testimonials, and set up more than one reward code.
The discount scratch card appears after a customer submits a testimonial. You can choose which types of testimonial unlock it. For example, you might reward only video testimonials, because they take more effort.
Steps
Open your wall and click Collection Page in the left menu.
Make sure Enable Scratch Card Discount is on in the Testimonial Home Page & Configuration panel. The next panel only appears when it is.
Open the Discount Scratch Card Popup panel.
Under When to Display, switch each option on or off:
Display after they submit a text testimonial
Display after they submit a video testimonial
Display after they submit an audio testimonial
Click Save Edit Changes.
Offer different codes
Under Discount Codes Configuration you can add several codes with Add discount code. Each code has its own Discount Code Text, the headline customers see, such as "You've unlocked 15% off". When a customer scratches the card, they get one of your codes at random.
Good to know
The text option also covers image testimonials and testimonials written with the AI Composer.
The reward banner on your page, "Submit a testimonial and unlock a special reward!", shows for everyone, even if only some testimonial types unlock the reward. Edit the banner text in Testimonial Home Page & Configuration → Discount Scratch Card Text Information if you want to make that clear, for example "Record a video testimonial and unlock a reward!".
Every code needs its Discount Code Text. A code without a headline stops the page from saving.
