Which fields are required?
Name is always required, and you can't turn it off.
Email is required on written testimonials once you switch it on. On video and audio testimonials the email field is shown but optional.
Every other field, including custom questions, is optional. There's no setting to make a field mandatory.
Good to know
Changing a setting here only affects new submissions. Testimonials you already have keep their details.
To rename a field, for example "Work Title" to "Company", open Fields & Button Text Customization and edit the labels under Fields Collection Page.
The link field only accepts full web addresses, like
https://example.com.The colour of the form's submit buttons is set in this panel too, under Form Submit Button Color. It needs a paid plan.
