👌How to approve new testimonials automatically (skip manual approval)

Skip the manual review step. New testimonials from your collection page can go straight onto your wall, at the top or at the bottom.

By default, every testimonial submitted on your collection page waits in Collected Testimonials until you approve it. If you trust your submissions and want them live straight away, turn on auto-approval.

Steps

1. Open your wall and click Collection Page in the left menu.

2. Open the Testimonial Home Page & Configuration panel and find the Approvals section.

3. Turn on Auto Approve Collected testimonials.

4. In Add approved testimonials to, choose where new testimonials land:

   • Top of the wall: new testimonials appear first.

   • Bottom of the wall: new testimonials appear last.

5. Click Save Edit Changes.

From now on, new submissions are added to your wall, your widgets and your Wall of Fame page without you doing anything.

Good to know

• Text, audio and image testimonials are added as soon as they're submitted. Video testimonials are added once the video has finished processing.

• The setting belongs to the wall, so it also applies to testimonials sent through the Send a Testimonial button on that wall's Wall of Fame page.

• Customers still see the usual "submitted successfully" message. They aren't told whether their testimonial went live.

• The order position only applies to auto-approved testimonials. You can still drag testimonials into any order from My Testimonials.

• Turning auto-approval off doesn't touch testimonials that were already added. New ones will wait in Collected Testimonials again.

Auto-approved testimonials show up on your website without review. If you collect from a public audience, check your wall now and then, or keep manual approval on.
