# How to turn on the AI Composer so customers can draft their testimonial by answering questions

The AI Composer asks customers up to three questions and turns their answers into a polished testimonial draft they can edit and confirm.

Many customers are happy to help but don't know what to write. With the AI Composer, they answer a few short questions, by typing or by speaking, and Famewall drafts a testimonial from their answers. The customer reviews the draft, edits it if they want, and submits it.

## Steps

1. Open your wall and click **Collection Page** in the left menu.
2. Open the **Text Testimonial Page** panel.
3. In the **AI Composer Assistant** box, turn on **Enable AI Composer**.
4. Edit the **Page Title** and **Page Subtitle** customers see at the top of the composer.
5. For each question, fill in both the **Question text** and the **Placeholder for the answer**. Use **Add Question** to add up to three questions, or **Remove** to delete one.
6. Click **Save Edit Changes**.

## What customers see

1. They click the text button on your collection page. Instead of an empty text box, they see your questions.
2. They type their answers, or click the microphone icon and say them out loud.
3. They click **Generate Draft Testimonial** and get a written testimonial based on their answers.
4. They can edit the draft, ask for a new version with **Retry generation**, or click **Confirm Testimonial**.
5. They add their name and other details, and submit. You receive it as a normal text testimonial.

## Good to know

* A question only appears on your collection page when both its **Question text** and its **Placeholder for the answer** are filled in. Double-check the placeholders if a question is missing.
* Customers have to answer every question before they can generate a draft.
* If customers edit the draft, they need to click the ✓ icon to keep their edit before confirming.
* You need at least one question. Famewall won't save the page with AI Composer on and no questions.
* You can rename the **Generate Draft Testimonial** button in **Fields & Button Text Customization** → **AI Composer Mode**.
* The composer starts from the text button, so it isn't available if you've disabled text testimonials.
