# How to turn testimonial email notifications on or off

Turn emails for new testimonials and the bi-weekly roundup on or off, and find out which emails these settings cover.

Famewall emails you when a customer submits a testimonial on your collection page, and sends a summary of your views every two weeks. You can switch each of these off.

## Steps

1. Click your profile picture at the top right of the dashboard and choose **Settings**.
2. Find **Email notifications**.
3. Switch each option on or off:
   * **New text testimonials**: an email when someone leaves a written testimonial. This also covers image and audio testimonials.
   * **New video testimonials**: an email when someone records a video testimonial.
   * **Bi-weekly roundup**: a summary of views across your widgets, Wall of Fame pages and collection pages, every two weeks.

Changes save as soon as you flip a switch. They apply to all your walls.

## Good to know

* To avoid flooding your inbox, you get at most one email every 15 minutes for written, image and audio testimonials.
* Only testimonials submitted on your collection page send an email. Imported testimonials, such as Google reviews or CSV imports, don't.
* **Team members** each have their own settings. You can't switch off emails for someone else; they need to change their own Settings. For team members, **New text testimonials** controls every type of testimonial email, including video.
* The bi-weekly roundup is only sent if at least one of your widgets or pages had views in the last two weeks.
* Emails about your subscription and payments can't be switched off.
