🛑What happens when you delete a wall (and can it be restored?)
What gets deleted when you delete a wall, why it can't be undone, and what to do before deleting one.
Deleting a wall removes everything in it for good: its testimonials, its collection page, its widget and its Wall of Fame page. It can't be undone, so check the list below before you delete.
What's deleted
All testimonials on the wall.
All pending submissions in Collected Testimonials.
The wall's collection page. Its link stops working.
The wall's widget and Wall of Fame page. Every embed of this wall on your website goes blank.
Testimonials you've copied to other walls aren't affected.
Before you delete
Keep what you need. Copy testimonials you want to keep to another wall with the Testimonial Organizer, and download any videos.
Remove the embed codes of this wall from your website, so no empty space is left behind.
Delete any custom domain connected to this wall's Wall of Fame page or collection page first, so the domain can be used again later.
Delete the wall
On Testimonial Walls, click ⋮ on the wall's card and choose Delete Wall. You can also click Delete Wall in the top bar inside the wall.
Type the wall URL to confirm.
Click Delete Wall.

Good to know
There's no restore and no recycle bin.
The wall URL becomes available again straight away, for you or anyone else.
If you only want to take a wall offline for a while, unpublish its widget, Wall of Fame page and collection page instead. See How many pages can I publish on my plan?
Any team member with access to the wall can delete it, so make sure your team knows it's permanent.
