❌How to cancel your Famewall subscription (and what happens next)

Cancel your Famewall subscription from the Billing page, what happens at the end of your billing period, and how to undo a cancellation.

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Click your profile picture at the top right of the dashboard and choose Billing.

  2. In the Cancellation card, click Cancel subscription.

  3. You may see a few alternatives, such as switching to yearly billing or a smaller plan. To go ahead with cancelling, click No thanks, continue to cancel.

  4. Choose the reason you're cancelling. It helps us improve Famewall.

  5. Click Cancel my plan.

You'll see Your cancellation is scheduled and get a confirmation email. Nothing changes until the end of your billing period.

What happens at the end of the billing period

When the period you've paid for ends, your account moves to the Free plan:

  • Your widgets are unpublished, so they stop showing on your website.

  • Collection pages stop accepting testimonials.

  • Video testimonials are hidden, and only 10 testimonials stay visible.

  • "Made with Famewall" branding comes back.

Nothing is deleted. Your walls, testimonials and settings stay in your account. If you subscribe again later, check that your widgets and pages are published, and turn Hide Made with Famewall back on.

Changed your mind?

Before the billing period ends, go to Billing and click Resume subscription in the yellow banner. Your plan continues as if you'd never cancelled.

After the period has ended, choose a plan again from Upgrade Plan.

Don't see these options on the Billing page?

Billing is managed by the account owner. Team members see Managed by your team admin with the owner's email address instead, so ask the owner to make the change.
